Terms & Conditions
To begin the account setup, you must agree to these terms & conditions. Checking the "I have read and accept" box at the bottom of the signup page signifies your acceptance of the terms & conditions for AdRotate.net membership. AdRotate.net provides a variety of remotely hosted Internet applications ("services") for use on web sites across the Internet. The individual or entity maintaining the AdRotate.net account will be referred to as "member." AdRotate.net services may not be used to post or transmit any unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable material of any kind, including, but not limited to, any adult-oriented material (whether lawful or not), any material which constitutes a criminal offense, violates the rights of others, or violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law. AdRotate.net reserves the right to terminate any membership account at any time, for any reason. In such cases, any claims against AdRotate.net will be limited to amounts, if any, paid by the member to AdRotate.net to maintain the account. The member may, in some cases, specify who may have access to the service. AdRotate.net staff will access member accounts only to maintain systems and programs, and to ensure compliance with usage guidelines. AdRotate.net and its affiliates do not control the information available on the services it provides. Any opinions, advice, statements, offers or other information or content presented or disseminated on any service are those of the respective authors who are solely liable for their content. AdRotate.net and its affiliates reserve the right, in their sole discretion, to edit or remove any material from any service. AdRotate.net retains ownership of all rights to the AdRotate.net name, logo, software, databases, reports, web site, and information contained or used within the AdRotate.net web site and within all AdRotate.net services. AdRotate.net reserves the right to restrict the use of its name, system, logo, software, lists, databases, reports, and any information created or obtained by AdRotate.net or its services. Members acknowledge and agree that their web site information (name, URL, traffic counts, etc.) may be utilized by AdRotate.net. No warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are made with respect to AdRotate.net services or any information or software therein. AdRotate.net shall not be liable for any incidental, special, or consequential damages that result from the use of or inability to use AdRotate.net services. AdRotate.net shall not be responsible for any damages whatsoever that result from mistakes, omissions, interruptions, deletion of files, errors, defects, delays in operation or transmission, or any failure of performance, whether or not caused by events beyond AdRotate.net's reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, communications line failure, theft, destruction, or unauthorized access to AdRotate.net records, programs, or services. In no event shall AdRotate.net's total liability for all damages, losses, and causes of action exceed the aggregate dollar amount, if any, paid to AdRotate.net by the member. Some states do not allow the limitation or exclusion of liability for incidental or consequential damages; as a result, the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you. The information provided by AdRotate.net to members may be proprietary in nature. Members acknowledge that they are not competitors of AdRotate.net, and agree not to share this information with any competitors. AdRotate.net reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. |
